Generalist - Human Resources

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work under general supervision, provide human resources guidance to assigned business groups, including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, performance management, compensation, benefits, diversity, conflict resolution, training, and process coordination. You will consult with management on strategic and operational HR and business issues.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Counsels managers and supervisors regarding employee relations issues and recommends actions consistent with policy.
+ Counsels and advises management and employees on problem resolution, supervisory discretion and policy interpretation.
