General Services & Facilities Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity available for General Services & Facilities Coordinator at CASA Shops!

Based in Madrid and reporting to the Country Manager Iberia, you will be the main point of contact for our fast‑paced facilities. You will work collaboratively across departments to ensure the smooth running of the office and our brand new culinary hub operations and procedures, including coordinating repairs, handling payments, and helping to plan engaging events and activities.

You will ensure the stores, located in Spain and Portugal, are maintained and operate efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of contractors who carry out maintenance, repairs and inspections in these stores.
