Full ownership for entire project lifecycle (requirements clarification, design development, procurement & manufacture, FAT, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning, punch points closure, collection of complete payment including retention & collection of bank guarantees after project closure). Monitoring & controlling project financials, cost, expenses, managing risks and identifying opportunities including development & implementation of suitable technical & commercial mitigation strategies for risks. Regular project reporting / project status monitoring meetings / milestone review. Optimizing project profitability and taking on profit and loss responsibility for the project.
