**General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.55/hr- IN.**

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN.

**Pay:** $23.55/hr

**Shift:** 1st- Monday–Friday

2nd- Monday–Friday (2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)

3rd- Sunday–Thursday (10:00 PM–6:00 AM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate a designated production cell throughout the manufacturing process.
+ Load and prepare molding tools with metal rings.
+ Place molds into machinery and monitor production cycles.
+ Remove finished products, cool parts, and prepare them for inspection.
+ Perform visual quality inspections for defects such as air bubbles, tears, or imperfections.
+ Sort, count, weigh, and package finished products.
+ Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
+ Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
