**Job Description**
This role focuses on rigging and assembling boats by performing a variety of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. You will use hand and power tools to drill, fit, and install components, ensuring each boat is built to specification and completed with high quality and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**

+ Rig boats by installing and securing mechanical and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions.
+ Drill precise holes in designated locations to support installation of fixtures and hardware.
+ Assemble and route wire harnesses, ensuring proper connections, organization, and secure attachment within the boat.
+ Install fixtures such as cleats, speakers, electronics, and related components using appropriate hand and power tools.
