General Production Manager

  Responsibilities Oversee and manage all fabric cutting, stitching, and packing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time. Ensure complete adherence to stitching procedures and maintain high-quality standards across all production stages. Supervise and lead production teams, ensuring proper workflow, discipline, and performance management. Monitor and enforce internal compliance procedures and company policies within the production department. Maintain knowledge of fabrics and materials, ensuring proper handling and optimal usage to minimize waste. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
