General Manager - Township Development

Responsibilities

Oversee project development from feasibility studies, master planning, engineering design, statutory approvals, construction, and project completion.

Liaise and build strong working relationships with local authorities, government agencies, utility providers, technical departments, and regulatory bodies to secure timely approvals and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Lead and coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and project teams to ensure technical excellence and efficient project execution.

Review and optimise township master plans, engineering designs, infrastructure planning, and development layouts to ensure functionality, quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency.

Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety, timelines, and technical compliance, while proactively resolving project risks and implementation challenges.
