Retail Store Manager, Livestock Supply, Lethbridge County, AB
Hours: Full-time, Permanent Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Start Date: Immediate
Salary Range: $70 - 80K per annum
The Role
- Oversee the retail store by staying abreast of store performance and functioning
- Leading, scheduling and supporting a small team of 5-6 staff members
- Be an example of integrity, honesty and good work ethic
- Do supply ordering
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to customers and suppliers, in person and over the phone
- Assist staff with idea generation and problem solving
- Oversee the onboarding of new staff and uphold company policies
- Handling daily store administration tasks with strong attention to financials
- Ensure a well-organized, welcoming and professional store environment
