General manager: pinnacle colleges

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and educational performance of schools within the Pinnacle Colleges brand. The role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure high standards of academic delivery, strong Executive Head performance, student achievement, and stakeholder engagement across the network.

The General Manager works closely with the Managing Director, Functional Leads (brand team), Executive Heads, Heads of School, Principals and central support functions including People and Culture, Finance, IT, Facilities, Properties, and Compliance to ensure alignment between school operations and the strategic objectives, values, and vision of the brand.
