We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the opening and
operations of our new Jack in the Box location in Perry, Georgia. This position is
ideal for a strong leader who understands restaurant operations, team development,
profitability, and delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate must be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building
a strong culture while driving operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
  
• Hire, train, develop, and lead team members and managers
  
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and profitability
  
• Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards
