Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for major contract logistics sites
- Serve as the primary executive contact for key customer accounts
- Lead integration of modern warehouse technologies
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through talent development initiatives
- Manage costs, resources, and revenue optimization
- Champion Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in contract logistics management
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with automation and robotics
- P&L accountability experience
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
