Job Description
- Ensure maximum economic efficiency of the department and the company as a whole:
- Organization and coordination of work, as well as control over: development of the Annual budget of the Schools (including the preparation of consolidated drafts), as well as their adjustments; preparation of reports on the execution of Schools’ budgets based on the results of the reporting periods and submission them for consideration by the relevant bodies of the University governance.
- Optimization and automation of the budgeting processes at the University.
- Interaction with government agencies.
- Ensuring the preparation and conducting of meetings of the Commission on planning of academic and scientific-research activity under the University Budget Committee.
