The Opportunity

A well-established Canadian manufacturer of packaged concrete, mortar, and cement products is searching for a General Manager— This company has a loyal customer base across 250+ independent retailers and is looking for a builder & operator who can be on site in the Niagara region.

We are searching for a General Manager to lead the next chapter — someone who will set the standard, build the structure, and execute a 3–5 year plan designed to double the value of the business by 2031.

Backed by a family office, the company has made significant capital investments in its facility and is positioned well for growth via its current products and thinking creatively to add to its product suite.

What You'll Do

In your first 3 months:
