General Manager - MRO

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 10 years or above of working experience in aviation industry and minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a sizeable team, preferable on business aviation experience in Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and or Asian market. Holder of CASA PNG Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence or equivalent and type rated on Company operated aircraft is highly recommended. Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Engineering or relevant Proven knowledge and track record in delivering productivity improvement Liaison experience with CASA PNG, CASA Australia, EASA, NZCAA, FAA and or other aviation industry agent. Firm understanding of international travel, international customs and practices Working knowledge of inspections procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry. Detailed minded, excellent management skills, strong business acumen with reasonable level of financial literacy. Good command in both written and spoken English
