:Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent. Relevant tertiary qualification. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the motor industry. A 360-degree strategic understanding of the retail motor vehicle industry. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales manager position. Sound financial conceptualisation and management. The ability to manage and motivate staff. Clean criminal record Experience within the brand beneficial. Good verbal and written communication in English. Fleet Management and experience will be required.
