General Manager - Mexico, Central America & Caribbean (M/F)

Main Goal

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Latin America, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional commercial strategy for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean (MECC).

As General Manager, you will hold full P&L accountability for the region and drive commercial, financial, operational and people performance to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. You will also ensure the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.

You will work closely with regional and global HM. CLAUSE teams as well as other Limagrain Vegetable Seeds Business Units to maximize value creation across the region.
