Job Overview

As the top local leader of the Group’s South African subsidiary, you will be fully accountable for the subsidiary’s full profit and loss, lead end-to-end local home appliance business operation, manage cross-cultural local & expatriate teams, align local business execution with China group’s management systems, internal processes and global strategic targets. You will drive revenue growth, market share expansion, channel construction, local compliance, stakeholder relationship maintenance and sustainable long-term business development across Southern Africa.

Core Responsibilities 1.
