General Manager: Governance & Transformation (Insurance Sector – Non-Life / Short-Term)

A leading industry body representing the non-life/short-term insurance sector seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead both Governance (Policy, Legislation & Regulation) and Transformation . This is a high-profile strategic role requiring deep sector expertise, regulatory acumen, and the ability to drive transformation projects at industry level.

The incumbent will represent the industry with regulators, government, media, and transformation councils, and will sit on internal Exco and Manco, as well as Board Committees.
