Develop and support the implementation of the operating and financial plan required to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. This position will work across Mahindra’s businesses at the Group level to translate strategy into actionable plans, strong governance, and high-quality performance insights.
To help ensure Mahindra’s strategy is translated into measurable financial outcomes by strengthening planning discipline, improving the quality and speed of decision support, and enabling leaders with forward-looking insights on performance, cash, capital allocation and key risks/opportunities across the Group. Build a broad understanding of business challenges and how they impact the Group’s financial position through rigorous financial analysis, growth/return assessments, and project-based work.
