General Manager – Fantastic large scale, Leisure Business, Brighton

Location: Brighton (MUST LIVE IN OR AROUND BRIGHTON)

Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 plus bonus

A forward-thinking leisure and attractions business, with 4 sites across the UK, is looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to take full ownership of one of their standout venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to run a business as if it were their own, taking real ownership, driving performance, and shaping the future of the site as the wider group continues to grow.

The General Manager role:

  • Full P&L responsibility and overall operational leadership of the venue
  • Drive revenue across ticketing, events, private hire, F&B and group bookings
  • Lead, develop and grow a large multi-departmental team
  • Implement and manage sales, marketing and operational processes across the site
