Job Description

Job Purpose:The General Manager - Country Operations is the single accountable leader for all manufacturing and delivery operations within the country, responsible for one or more sites and owning the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) execution spine from order intake through to revenue recognition. The role carries full P&L accountability and disciplinary leadership of all in-country functions — Operations, Supply Chain, QHSE, Project Management, Planning, and Support — ensuring each site operates in full compliance with FPI standards and applicable local regulations, with particular emphasis on Health, Safety and Environment.

The job holder drives operational efficiency, optimises plant output, and embeds a culture of continuous improvement and high standards across all sites in line with business requirements.
