ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Partners with HR to attract, recruit, develop and retain a diverse, high performing team
• Train and develop staff to meet company guidelines and expectations
• Ensure continual, positive communication and feedback with staff, including all annual Continuous Improvement Summaries (CIS – Reviews) delivered timely
• Manage team through an innovative, creative, inspirational leadership style
