Our Opportunity

We are seeking a General Manager to take full operational responsibility for our US region including Boston, MA; Portland, ME; Rocky Hill, CT and the surrounding area.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital role charged with the management of people, processes, and overall company performance, the General Manager will be ultimately responsible for all phases of business, including sales and profitability, warehouse operations, and customer service. Positions that will report directly to the General Manager include Branch Managers and Sales Managers.

  • Drive the growth of regional sales, both through existing customer relationships as well as new business acquisition by providing coaching, strategy, and direction to sales managers and/or the outside sales team as needed

  • Take personal ownership for the strategic growth of customer accounts
