Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily motel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise employees
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage reservations, occupancy levels, and revenue performance
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
