**GENERAL OVERVIEW**

Performs preventive maintenance and routine repairs.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Performs assigned preventive maintenance. 20%
+ Calibrates, repairs, maintains and operates RHVAC, pneumatic tube system, medical air & vacuum systems and all other associated equipment and systems. 20%
+ Responds to all emergency, and normal calls as required. 20%
+ Analyzes and troubleshoots using proper data gathered from field experience, engineering manuals, and blueprints and schematics. 20%
+ Repairs mechanical systems. 20%

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum**

+ Minimum 3 years basic mechanical and electrical experience.
+ Minimum 6 months in-house training period.
