Overview
The General Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hotel’s maintenance department, ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and facilities are maintained in excellent condition. This role supports the Director of Engineering by leading a small team of maintenance technicians and coordinating with all departments to deliver a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and associates.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and schedule the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient completion of daily tasks.
Perform and oversee preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
Respond promptly to guest room and public area maintenance requests to ensure minimal disruption.
