**Job Title: General Laborer – Erosion Control**
**Job Description**
This hands-on, field-based role supports construction projects by installing, maintaining, and removing erosion control measures that keep job sites safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. You will work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, performing physical labor and general site support tasks across various construction locations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install and maintain erosion control Best Management Practices (BMPs), including silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, and track-out control systems.
+ Perform general site cleanup and labor duties to keep construction areas safe, organized, and compliant.
+ Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support daily operations.
+ Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule.
