General Labor & Packaging - 1st shift

Adecco has partnered with a candy and nut distribution company in Brighton, MI seeking several 1st shift general laborers. This role will require candidates to be flexible with their day to day tasks, which could include general warehouse, processing inventory, or machine sanitation. See details below:

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Schedule:5am-3pm Monday - Thursday. Overtime as needed on Friday

Responsibilities can include:

Inspects products prior to panning and returns rejected raw materials

Mixes & weighs out dry ingredients for recipes (Yogurt & Compound)

Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.

Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules

Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems

Loads & unloads pans

Scrape pans between products or as needed

Performs other routine panning room duties
