Accounts Receivable Operations

• Process, review, and verify supplier invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and correct coding.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accurate balances and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support the preparation and execution of weekly, biweekly, or monthly payment runs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payment statuses, and supplier communications.
