Vacancy Description
We are seeking a General Dentist to provide on-site dental care at long-term care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Southern Tier of New York, including Vestal, Johnson City, Binghamton, Endicott, Bath, and Cuba.
Position Highlights
+ Approximately 65 hours per month
+ Consistent monthly schedule
+ Travel between multiple facility locations
+ Supplies and support provided at each location
Responsibilities
+ Provide annual examinations, preventive care, denture services, and conservative treatment focused on maintaining oral health, relieving discomfort, and supporting the functional needs of long-term care residents.
+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation

+ DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
+ Active New York State dental license
