YOU WORK HARD = WE PAY GOOD Growing Property Management Company seeking a General Maintenance Handyman who is timely, friendly, reliable, flexible, accountable, hard-working, ethical, moral, true-to-their-word, and NO BS oriented. Position reports directly to Owner and will be responsible for the daily maintenance operations of our residential rental property portfolio, positioned throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro, and surrounding Minnesota suburbs.

CAREER DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities Required Will Revolve Around Maintenance Issues Relative to Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances, Carpentry, and or Other Respective General Property Repairs:

• Troubleshoot and Diagnose Maintenance Issues.
• Perform Maintenance Repairs Resulting from Troubleshoot Diagnostic Testing.
