Job Description
- Manage all General Cashier functions, including cash collections, petty cash, cash floats, bank deposits, and cash reconciliations.
- Verify and reconcile daily cash receipts from all hotel revenue outlets.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, wages, overtime, service charge, and other employee payments.
- Ensure payroll calculations comply with company policies and Thai labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee deductions, tax, social security, provident fund, and other statutory contributions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll-related journal entries.
- Maintain strict internal controls over cash handling and payroll confidentiality.
- Investigate and resolve payroll and cash discrepancies promptly.
