GENERAL ATTORNEY

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior legal advisor and subject matter expert for both the Information and Privacy Law and the Federal Magistrate Court Programs for the 88th Air Base Wing Staff Judge Advocate and as delegated will provide expert advice to the Commander of the 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and the Commander's key and subordinate staffs. Responsibilities 1. Serves as chief legal counsel and subject matter expert for all Information and Privacy Law related matters and provides commanders, supervisors, and senior team leaders a single point of contact for all information and privacy law related issues. 2. Serves as United States Federal Magistrate's Court Program Counsel.
