GenAI Engineer

Interviews Chat is an AI platform that helps people ace their job interviews. Our Interview Copilot listens to live meetings and provides real‑time answers and suggestions. We’re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.

We’re looking for a GenAI Engineer to help build, refine, and own the generative AI systems behind Interviews Chat. You’ll work on improving answer quality, relevance, and reliability in real‑world interview scenarios — where outputs are used live and actually matter.

This role is about shipping GenAI in production , not demos or research projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and improve LLM‑powered systems used for interview answers, feedback, and suggestions.
• Build and iterate on prompt systems, RAG pipelines, and context assembly (resume, job description, live transcript).
