**Job Description**
The Gel Assembler sets up, assembles, and prepares gel-based components and fixtures in a clean room and laboratory environment. This role involves performing precise mechanical and electronic assembly, preparing and coating molds, and mixing and cooking gels while maintaining tight tolerances and following detailed instructions. The position requires careful use of hand tools and schematics to ensure high-quality, consistent production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Make independent set-ups, alignments, and adjustments for gel assembly processes while maintaining required tolerances in accordance with instructions and specifications.
+ Clean and coat molds for fixtures and products to ensure proper preparation and consistent quality.
