Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual gear cutting equipment.
• Manufacture precision spur, helical, bevel, worm gears, and splines.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement.
