GCC Regional Trainer — Sales & L&D Leader

LETOILE Middle East is seeking a Training Manager to lead the training initiatives in Dubai. This role involves training sales staff on service standards and techniques, conducting assessments, and organizing training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree, advanced training in Learning & Development, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry. Proficiency in English and Russian is required, with Arabic being an advantage.
