GCC HR Operations & Compliance Specialist

BLR WORLD is seeking an HR Specialist based in the UAE, Qatar or KSA to support HR operations across the core team and project teams. The role handles onboarding, off‑boarding, documentation, probation and performance tracking, plus People Development support for the BLR WORLD team.

Candidates may be based in KSA, Abu Dhabi, Qatar or Dubai; the position follows a Sunday‑to‑Thursday week to align with KSA/Qatar operations and involves office‑based hybrid work or project‑based attendance as needed.
