GCC HealthTech Customer Success Manager

Heidi Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the UAE to bridge technology and clinical care. You will manage the full customer journey for hospitals and clinics, drive onboarding, measure value delivery, and ensure adoption of Heidi across Middle East deployments.

A medical background is preferred, with Arabic and English fluency required. You will build executive relationships, track outcomes, resolve blockers with cross-functional teams, and influence product through customer feedback.
