• Install, inspect, and maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, indoor and outdoor plants, and automatic irrigation systems across the facility’s grounds.
• Diagnose and repair landscaping issues, including plant diseases, pest infestations, nutrient deficiencies, and faults in irrigation pipes, drippers, or solenoid valves.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PPM) such as lawn mowing, precision hedging, soil aeration, weeding, and adjusting automated irrigation controllers and timers based on seasonal weather changes.
• Replace dead or damaged vegetation, repot indoor greens, apply fertilizers or pesticides safely, and perform pruning to maintain aesthetic and safety clearances.
