Garden mulch installation for beds and containers

I'm looking for help with laying down mulch in my small garden beds and around container plants. The goal is to improve weed control, moisture retention, and overall aesthetics. I have approximately 15-20 square meters of bed area and several large pots. I’d prefer to use natural mulch (bark chips) and avoid dyed options. Please bring your own tools (shovel, rake, gloves) and dispose of existing debris if needed. If possible, provide a quick before/after plan and an estimate of time required. I’m flexible on the day, but I’d like the work completed before the weekend.
