POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Summary & Purpose:
Coordinate & make improvements to processes within the scope of responsibility to reduce overall cycle time, improve quality & process uptime & perform duties to maintain, troubleshoot & operate machine equipment; work from blueprints, electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, equipment & process control manuals/instructions. This is a set-up/operator position and will be expected to perform direct and indirect team duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
General Duties:
+ Perform and verify machine set-ups & changeovers
+ Troubleshoot/Problem-solve all equipment-related malfunctions & downtime including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC, robotic vision-guided software offsets & servo problems
+ Adjust machine hardware, such as sensors, motion control devices & mechanical components
+ Adjust process parameters
