Game Producer (slots)

About the Role: OptiPlay is expanding. We are launching a dedicated sub-studio (our second game development squad) and are looking for a strong Game Producer to take full ownership of its pipeline and product vision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire slot development process for the sub-studio—from initial concept and documentation (GDD) to certification, launch, and live-ops;
• Team Building: Hire and lead your dedicated creative unit, including Artists, 2D/Spine Animators, and Game Designers;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively manage workflows with resources (Math designers, Developers, and QA) to ensure seamless delivery without bottlenecks;
