In this Game Lead role, you own a live game and its team, shaping its direction and delivering fast, high-impact iterations. You will build and coach a small cross-functional team, set clear goals, and drive core gameplay improvements to boost player satisfaction and key metrics. You’ll work hand-in-hand with design, tech, art and product to refine gameplay, pacing and monetization while scaling the project.
