Job Description Provide hands-on technical support to top UGC creators by assisting and coaching them to troubleshoot and debug projects, diagnose potential crashes and performance issues before they occur on the live server, and guide them towards working solutions. Help creators get the most out of the game editor and creator tools, including scripting, gameplay logic, physics, UI, asset pipelines, and publishing. Review creator projects and provide clear, actionable, and encouraging technical feedback. Act as the bridge between creators and the product and engineering teams by surfacing pain points, editor limitations, and feature requests with concrete, prioritised examples. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design innovative games. Develop, test, and maintain games, ensuring they meet both technical and player experience standards.
