KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily inspection routines across the facility to ensure the proper condition and functionality of gauging and measuring instruments.Manage the availability and control of gauging instruments required for Production operations, to include planning, purchasing, and receiving of instruments and servicesMaintain and monitor calibration schedules to ensure compliance with defined calibration frequencies.Coordinate and manage Work Orders related to instrument verification and calibration activities using electronic systemsEnsure all internal verification and calibration processes are executed in accordance with the established procedures and standards.Ensure that weekly and monthly calibration status and due date reports are communicated to relevant stakeholders.Control and maintain inspection records for molds and casts from threading lines, ensuring proper storag...
