F/W 26/27 - Observatory Assistant (Observatory and Laboratory Assistant)

Purpose:
Provide an overview of the job Observatory and Laboratory Assistant is responsible for hosting visitors for the purpose of outreach and education and providing basic technical support for laboratories

Education:
While enrollment in a physics and astronomy degree is preferred, any student with some background interest in astronomy will be considered.

Experience:
Experience in oral presentations, working within a team environment and a demonstrated interest in education are assets.
