About the Role
- Interacts and engages with guests in an engaging, enthusiastic and professional manner, sharing information about marine life and aquarium theming.
- Maintains basic knowledge of marine animal species, aquarium systems, animal care, conservation threats and actions.
- Delivers formal and informal conservation education programming and marine animal activities upon the operation's needs, to small or large groups.
- Actively approaches and interacts with guests within the Aquarium.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for guests and abides by correct animal welfare practices.
- Utilizes learning resources to learn and apply detailed knowledge of marine life and aquarium theming.
- Accepts constructive feedback on frequent trainings and assessments.
