Job Description

We are recruiting a Communication & Engagement Advisor to work in the Environment Agency’s Flood and Coastal Risk Management directorate. You will support the Future Frameworks Team as they develop and procure operational frameworks that underpin our flood risk management and environmental programmes.

In this role you will embed sustainable and effective engagement, ensure consistent communication standards, and work with project managers across multiple projects, drawing on a diverse range of transferable skills. Your ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence ways of working will be critical to success as you develop and deliver communication and engagement plans. You will help create proactive communication materials for internal teams and external delivery partners and embed EDI measures to maintain an accessible and equitable approach.
