We’re looking for a high‑potential individual with the ambition and capability to become a future business leader. The role offers exposure to strategic business development, commercial negotiations, deal‑making, project management and executive‑level decision making within a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation. This is not a traditional sales role.

Approximately 10 years of professional experience and a proven track record of high performance. Strong commercial and business acumen in manufacturing, engineering, procurement, supply chain, operations or another business function. Studying towards an MBA, planning to pursue one, or exhibiting curiosity and ambition typical of future business leaders. Builds trust naturally and communicates with confidence and credibility.
